Refund policy

In hopes that you love the items you receive from The A&A Boutique, we also understand if you need to return a purchase. 

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. Refunds to original form of payment is NOT accepted.  

-Return or exchanges must meet the following to be accepted:

1. Items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. All items must have tags still attached, unworn, and unwashed. 
3. No makeup/deodorant stains or perfume/smoke odors of any kind. 

-All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.  

-Customers are responsible for exchange/return shipping costs.
